Summary

PulseWise is designed to help users track treadmill workouts, food diary entries, weight progress and related insights. Most app data is stored locally on the device unless a server feature is enabled.

Data used by the app

Food diary entries, calories and macronutrients entered by the user.
Weight logs, goals and progress information entered by the user.
Workout data such as duration, speed, distance and calories where available.
Camera access for barcode scanning.
Bluetooth access for compatible treadmill connection.
Internet access for product barcode lookup, support pages and Google Play unlock.

Website health check

The website health check runs in the browser. It is designed to provide a general starting suggestion and does not submit answers to PulseWise.

Trial and purchase

PulseWise may use an app/device access identifier to help manage the 7-day trial and reduce simple reinstall trial resets. Google Play processes one-time purchase payments.

Support requests

If you submit a support form, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. Support form data may include name, email, topic, message, device details and treadmill details if you provide them.
